God never promised that His children will not suffer. Sometimes He allows them to suffer more. I know this from my own experiences throughout my life just as you. But just as you noted, we won’t suffer for eternity! Our memory of suffering will be erased and wiped away with our tears. I look so forward with much anticipation for that day. Praise God for Jesus Who made it all possible for us to enter the splendor of Heaven the very day that we gave our hearts to Him. This is a wonderful devotional! Just as every one is that you share. May God continue blessing you as you so faithfully continue serving Him. He made you very special and I am thankful, that through social media, He allowed our paths to cross and that I have had the privilege of knowing you!
