Thank you, Rick. We can learn so much from the story of Joseph. Keeping his faith through betrayal, slavery, and false accusation leading to imprisonment would have been extremely difficult. But in the end, God brought purpose from the pain in his life.

Yes, it sounds like an amazing story! You know, it’s hard to reconcile the sovereignty of God with the free will of man (and I don’t claim to understand it!) but I do know this: It’s not God’s will that anyone sin against us, but once they do, He can take those circumstances and bring forth something good.

Author Linda Barrick is Jen’s mom. Unbelievable amazing story! I need to send you another book Kim!
